RETURN POLICY

In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to accept a return of your items with conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the date on your receipt.
  • Items must be in unworn and original condition.
  • All packaging and labels must be returned, including the branded shoebox, which should be unaltered and not marked in any way.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • Items were not on final sale at the time of purchase.

In the rare event that you may need to return or exchange your purchased product, we want to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.

Please take care to ensure you keep them in new condition, with all the original packaging.

Ensure they are re-packed as they arrived & with care in maintaining the original shape.

If they are not resalable or received by Noosa Footwear Co. in original, as new condition they will not be accepted. 

You may return your product to Noosa Footwear Co only.

For a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase with the appropriate paperwork.

All items must be in an unworn state with all tags in place.

All of our products are covered by a 2-month manufacturing error warranty. Any damage to the sandals outside of the warranty period will not be deemed as a manufacturing fault.

We can only refund the credit/debit card originally used for payment.

For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email us at info@noosafootwear.com stating the order number and nature of the problem. Please send pictures if possible.

EXCHANGES POLICY

  • Items must be in unworn and original condition.
  • All packaging and labels must be returned, including the branded shoebox, which should be unaltered and not marked in any way.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • Items were not on sale at the time of purchase.

Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods, we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.

We recommend that you return your product via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.

SHIPPING POLICY

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Noosa Footwear Co., 1/28 Lionel Donovan Drive, Noosaville 4566 QLD Australia.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and receiving the new one. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
